Career Ready are seeking employers in the West Lothian area to be part of an exciting programme we are running in schools. Career Ready works with schools and employers to bridge the skills gap, improve young people's life chances, and provide a talent pipeline for local employers.

Career Ready is growing from strength to strength in Scotland. We are now running our programme in 6 schools in West Lothian, and this will rise to 8 schools in August 2018. This means we will need many more employers in the West Lothian area who are willing to get involved.

This is a brilliant development opportunity for employees within local organisations to mentor young people, and unlock their potential.
