Care Experienced Team

An email will be sent out to all care experienced young people in school shortly giving information about the benefits of being part of our new team.

We have a number of care experienced learners in our school community. This team is designed to pass on information specific to care experienced learners which will benefit their education now and in the future. It is also my hope that the team may allow care experienced young people to talk and interact with each other for support. However, I am mindful that some of our young people may not wish to have their status shared this way.

Being part of a team means that other students can view the members. Therefore, if the young person would rather not be part of the team please can they reply to the email once it is sent or alternatively please let Mrs Drummond in the ASN department know and I shall remove you from my list.

I plan to have the team running for coming back to school in January after the holidays.
