Parents & Carers: Online Tracking System
Parents and Carers: Logging into Didbook Progress Online Tracking System
Keeping up to date with your child's progress is an important part of supporting their learning journey. By logging into Didbook Progress, you can access the latest reports continuously throughout the year, starting from the first tracking window. We will inform parents when reports become available and when they are subsequently updated, so you always have the most current information.
Accessing your child's online tracking reports is one of the most effective ways to help them succeed. These reports provide clear, ongoing insight into grades, engagement, behaviour, attendance, punctuality, and home learning. This allows you to celebrate achievements, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with teachers to keep your child on track. When parents are actively involved, young people feel supported and motivated to do their best. Together, we can ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

What Happens After a Tracking Report?
After each tracking report is published, class teachers will have had a learner conversation with your child to highlight their strengths and agree on next steps. They may also discuss available support such as study support sessions, E-Sgoil online study support, and other resources. In some cases, teachers will work with your child to create an action plan with SMART targets to help them stay on track.
Parents and carers may also receive a follow-up intervention call from a member of the extended leadership team to discuss progress and offer additional support. If you would like to talk about any aspect of your child's tracking report, please contact the school on 01506 280700 or email us at wlinveralmond-chs@westlothian.org.uk (opens new window)
