ICHS Complaints Procedure
In Inveralmond, we want to work closely with our young people, staff, parents, carers and local community to ensure everyone has the best experience possible, however, if you feel that something isn't quite meeting expectations and should you wish to make a complaint, then please follow this guide:
Phone
The quickest way is to call us on 01506 280700 and ask for the Business Manager. The Business Manager will then pass on your complaint to the appropriate person to follow up.

Your complaint will then be passed to the appropriate person to follow up.

In Person
Should you wish to make a complaint in person or wish a paper copy, complaints forms can also be found at the school office.
