ESOL Support

West Lothian College are offering ESOL support for S1 to S6 students who would benefit from it.

On a successful completion of the course, they are all issued with SQA qualifications.

The most important thing is that when students complete Nat 5, which is the equivalent of 5.5 IELTS exam- internationally recognised language qualifications; they meet the minimum language criteria to be enrolled for any mainstream course at either College or University in Scotland. That is something students are not aware of.

They are getting these qualifications free with us while IELTS needs to be paid for.
