P7 Sphero Transition Event
We held a robotics transition event on Monday in collaboration with Heriot Watt University. Over 180 p7 attended and participated in Robotics activities aimed at inspiring young people into Computer Science and Robotics. This is part of a wider scheme of work which started in August 2021 where Inveralmond and Heriot Watt have been supporting and providing all cluster primaries with Sphero Robot kits to give pupils more opportunities to engage with Computing Science. This project will run for a further two years and we will keep you posted with how it develops, this will get robotics into the hands of hundreds of pupils in our communities over the life of the project.
