College Information

Here are some important points regarding the start times and classroom allotments for your college courses:

Start Dates:

1. If you have enrolled in a course scheduled for Tuesday to Thursday, your classes will commence on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
2. For those attending the Friday course, your classes will start on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Classroom Allotments:

1. Our team is currently finalizing classroom allocations for all students. On the first day of the term, which is August 22nd or August 25th, depending on your course schedule, please arrive at the College campus by 13:00 hrs.
2. Members of our dedicated faculty will be available to guide you to your designated classroom.

Timetables:

1. Your complete timetable will be provided during your first class on the opening day. This will give you a comprehensive overview of your course schedule.
2. You would be provided with an overview of the course and explained the course expectations on the first day.

Additional Information & Transport:
        1.   As the week progresses, you can expect to receive more emails with essential information to help you settle into college life.
        2.   Transport for all students expected to attend College on Tuesdays & Thursday is organised by the West Lothian Council. There would be buses that would bring students from schools to college and back to school. The buses leave sharp at 4:30pm from College. All classes finish in ample time for the students to make their way for the buses.
        3.  Students attending the Friday courses are expected to make their own journey to college as the Friday courses are out with the school learning hours, some schools may have transport organised for students but this is not guaranteed and depends on individual schools.
