Access Tracking & Exam Resources

12 December
ICHS

Dear Parent/Carer,

We know how important it is for families to feel informed and involved in their young person's education. Research shows that when parents and carers engage with school information, young people are more likely to achieve their best.

To help you stay up to date, we have created dedicated sections on our school website.  To access these please click on the links below:

  • Parents' Evening Information
Here you will find all the dates for parents' evenings and clear instructions on how to book your appointments.

  • Tracking Guidance
Here you will find all the dates for tracking reports and clear instructions on how to access your young person's tracking information and what to do if you cannot log in. Tracking shows how your child is progressing and helps you support them effectively.

Why is this important?

Did you know? Studies show that when parents and carers regularly check progress and talk about learning at home, young people are more motivated and achieve better results. Your involvement really matters!

Accessing tracking information means you can:

  • See how your young person is doing in each subject.

  • Spot areas where they may need extra support.

  • Celebrate their successes and encourage their efforts.

Tracking dates are published so you know when updates will happen, but we encourage you to check now and make sure you can access the system. In the new year, we will monitor access and contact families who are still unable to log in.

After reviewing tracking, we strongly recommend visiting our Exam Support Section. This area includes valuable resources to help your young person prepare for exams and succeed.

Next Steps:

  1. Visit the links above and make sure you can access tracking.

  1. Explore the exam support resources and share them with your young person.

Thank you for working with us to support your child's learning. Your involvement makes a real difference.

Many thanks,

Mr Varty
